Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled cleaning appointment. For clients with recurring cleaning services, such as weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, we appreciate at least 48 hours' notice for any changes to the regular schedule.
