Cancellation Policy

 We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled cleaning appointment. For clients with recurring cleaning services, such as weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, we appreciate at least 48 hours' notice for any changes to the regular schedule.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show: If our team arrives at the designated location, and access or entry is not possible, resulting in a canceled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
